Guest users (visitors) can also benefit from this service by sending us an email, and they will receive our offer via email.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Clients have the option to shop as a guest, though we recommend creating an account to access benefits such as better prices, bonuses/discounts, faster support, and improved terms.
How do I reset my password?

Promotions and Discounts
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We have a bonus points structure which allows our clients to have better prices and discounts. In order to be part of our bonus system the client needs to have a profile and make at least five purchases, or fewer if the total value reaches 1000 euros. We offer different membership tiers based on your purchase history and total spending:

– Gold
– Platinum
How do I use a coupon code?
When you receive a promo code, simply enter it at the end of your order portal, and the new price will be automatically generated.
